Brand and product overview
YOBYBO is a brand of Yibai Technology, established in March 2019. The brand focuses on TWS earbuds and wearable devices. The Card20 Pro is a slim, compact true wireless earbud model with a full aluminum alloy shell. The design has won Red Dot, iF, and Red Star design awards. Key specifications include a 13 mm dynamic driver, dual-ear four-microphone ENC noise reduction, and a single-charge battery life of over 5 hours.
Unboxing and exterior
The Card20 Pro charging case uses a flattened oval shape with an aluminum alloy shell finished in a matte texture.
Removing the earbuds reveals the internal cabin structure.
The earbud exterior shows a "runway" stem design and a silver disc decorating the touch area.
Close-up of the touch area: CD-pattern texture with polished chamfered edges. The upper opening is for an internal microphone pickup.

The call microphone pickup hole is located at the bottom of the stem.
Each earbud weighs approximately 3.5 g, making them very light to wear.
Teardown
After the external inspection, the teardown reveals the internal structure and components.
Earbud disassembly
The earbud housing was opened along the mold seam.
The speaker unit was removed.
The back cover of the earbud stem was removed.
The inside of the cover shows a cross screw for touch control conductivity on the left and an acoustic structure for the call noise-reduction microphone.
The cavity contains the mainboard unit. At the tip, the pickup microphone is sealed by a rubber cap.
Under the mainboard unit, the internal speaker and the battery wires are soldered to the board.

Summary
Appearance is a major factor for wearable products like TWS earbuds. The Card20 Pro uses a slim, lightweight design with an aluminum alloy shell and matte finish to deliver a premium feel. The semi-in-ear stem-style earbuds are lightweight at about 3.5 g each. The touch area uses a rose-gold and silver CD-pattern design for a refined look.
Key technical details: the charging case houses a 300 mAh lithium-ion battery with a Type-C input. The case includes NTC protection, LED control, and a Hall sensor for lid-open pairing. Each earbud contains a 13 mm dynamic driver and a 0.1295 Wh pouch battery, with wiring to the stem-mounted mainboard. The system supports Bluetooth 5.2, Qualcomm aptX audio, TrueWireless Mirroring, and cVc call noise reduction for stable connections, good audio quality, and low latency. Two MEMS microphones from Minxin Co., Ltd. are used for voice pickup and environmental noise sensing to support call functions.
